Wow, what a wonderful wedding for a wonderful couple. I am so honored to have been there to celebrate the sweet union of Steven and Jamie. Over the past few months, I've definitely grown to love these two as dear friends, and I had an amazing time carousing around Denver with them during their engagement shoot, at gorgeous bridal session with Jamie (photos coming soon!) and on their wedding day at the Seawell Grand Ballroom in the Denver Center of Performing Arts. This past year Jamie lived in North Carolina while attending law school, planning a wedding, and working at a prestigious internship. I love that she calls herself a "hot mess," because it's so ironic. She's honestly anything BUT a hot mess. She's sharp, passionate, relational and successful. (She's also hilarious). Steven is such a wonderful match for Jamie. Like his bride, he's smart (an economist), driven, engaging and and accomplished. In case you missed it, I basically used the same adjectives to describe these two.  From knowing these two just a short time, I truly believe they are, while different in some ways, truly synonyms of one another. The cores of both Jamie and Steven (when it comes down to their character, beliefs, values) are more than compatible, more than similar. They're tantamount. I wish you both the best during your first married year of many, and if you thought I was kidding about inviting myself to North Carolina to hang out at the beach with you guys, think again! Congratulations, Jamie and Steven!
