Sometimes I need to look at pictures to calm me down and force me to remember places or people I love and the many blessings in my life... here's a photograph I took in this summer of one of my very favorite places. The Neelville Barn in Griffin, GA. I feel like life can get a little out of control sometimes. My thoughts spiral, and I let all my frustrations really sink into my skin. And yet, somehow, pictures soothe my soul. So does this: "The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
