A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of spending some time with fellow vegetarians Nick & Rachel to take their engagement photos! What a day for photography in Boulder (we were just outside boulder at this beautiful site where horses and fields are in abundance. Rachel rides, and her sweet horse was such a great addition to the fun we had. I'm suck a sucker for horses and for people who love horses!) and what a perfect match, these two.  Nick studies outer space & stars & such. Rachel studies birds & biology & such. They both study the things of the sky! They love science and the Lord and having really good conversations.  They love laughing. They love vegetables. They love each other (most importantly).I really don't have enough space to write all the good things I love about this couple. Let me just say, I have no doubt that these two will use their brilliant noggins to inspire each other, stimulate each other and motivate each other for their entire marriage. And they'll use their well-deep hearts to protect each other, care for one another, and serve one another. I wish you a lifetime of birds, stars, &  laughter, Nick and Rachel.
